About Rachel Barrett
My name is Rachel (Counts) Barrett. I reside in North Royalton, Ohio. I'm deaf and I have a cochlear implant. Art is my passion. I attended The Ohio State University and recieved my BA in Art in March of 2009. I have experience in many mediums, including drawing/illustration, painting, sculpture, graphic design, and photography.
