Description
Built in 1860, the historic bridge, painted in the traditional red, was once the second longest of its kind in Ohio, and is still the longest “Long Truss” covered bridge in the nation. Today, visitors can still cross under the protected barriers of this historic landmark, both on foot and by car. Whether you walk or drive across the bridge, the craftsmanship of the design will no doubt take you to another time in Miami County’s early history.
